Managing Crown Land - Fact Sheets

Crown land is a class of public land, provided for the enjoyment and benefit of the people of Victoria. Public land covers the range of government owned land which includes national and other parks, state forests, and public purpose reserves. Crown land is the focus of these fact sheets and refers to land managed under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 and the Land Act 1958.
