10 State Planning Policy Framework - Sets out the State Planning Policies which must be considered.
20 Local Planning Policy Framework - Contains a Municipal Strategic Statement and Local Planning Policies. The framework identifies long term directions about land use and development in the municipality and provides the rationale for the zone and overlay requirements and particular provisions in the scheme.
30 Zones - Each zone sets out requirements which apply to land covered by that zone.
40 Overlays - Each overlay sets out additional requirements for land covered by that overlay.
50 Particular Provisions - Show requirements for specific uses and developments.
60 General Provisions - Provide information on the administration of this scheme and other related matters.
