This is a current copy of the Victoria Planning Provisions (VPP). If you are unfamiliar with using Victoria Planning Provisions, we suggest you read the User Guide first. Note: The provisions of the VPP do not apply to any land. You should always consult a current copy of the planning scheme for the planning provisions affecting a particular location.

10 State Planning Policy Framework - Contains strategic issues of State importance which must be considered when decisions are made.
20 Local Planning Policy Framework - The framework identifies long term directions about land use and development in the municipality and provides the rationale for the zone and overlay requirements and particular provisions in the scheme.

40 Overlays - Each overlay sets out additional requirements which must be met.
