There are 5 steps for using Planning Schemes Online. Pause and quickly orientate yourself into the basic structure of a Planning Scheme, and to see how this structure is reflected in Planning Schemes Online. ie. Planning Schemes consist of two main parts: maps and ordinance. Planning Schemes Online reflects this division. Step 3 - Go to the PS Map Page (First, complete step 1.) Find out where the zones and any overlays apply. Step 4 - Go to the PS Home Page - Ordinance (First, complete step 1.) Find out what effect these zones and overlays have.
