Victorian Landcare and Catchment Management Magazine - Latest Issue Out Now!
This issue of the magazine features stories on the practical and innovative ways in which Victoria’s Landcare groups and networks are tackling invasive plants and animals. Pest plant and animal infestations don’t end at the farm gate and some of the most successful projects profiled in this issue of the magazine involve partnerships between landholders, community groups and public land managers.

Ready to recruit: 60 new Landcare facilitator positions now open
Minister for Environment and Climate Change Ryan Smith announced on December 6, 2011 the 60 organisations that will receive funding for a Landcare facilitator position under the Victorian Coalition Government’s $12 million Local Landcare Facilitator Initiative. The Victorian Landcare Gateway is an interactive and informative website where you can find all the news from Victorian Landcare groups and networks, including volunteer activities, events, project information and contacts. The Gateway also hosts an online discussion forum, allows you to find Landcare groups and networks in your region and is chock-full of resources, case studies, grant information and toolkits for community groups.
