Suspected Port Phillip Bay Algal Bloom
The suspected algal bloom has dissipated and no brown discoloured water can been seen from Daveys Bay to McCrae. Testing of samples taken from the suspected algal bloom in the bay have not found any harmful substances. People should still avoid contact with water that looks murky or sludgy.
