Silvicultural Guidelines
Silviculture guidelines provide information and recommendations on the best available practice for basic silvicultural operations carried out in Victoria's native State forests, but may be applicable to other native forest areas.
The Department of Sustainability and Environment maintains silvicultural guidelines for non-commercial activities in Victoria's native State forests, outlined below.
The Department of Primary Industries is responsible for the maintenance of silvicultural guidelines for commercial activities in Victoria's native State forests.
