The government announced the Rating Authority Valuations initiative on 26 June 2009.

A Guide to Property Values 2008

Victorian Bushfires Surveying Taskforce
Land Victoria’s Office of Surveyor-General Victoria is leading the Victorian Bushfires Surveying Taskforce to coordinate the huge task of securing survey marks and monuments that will assist with the reinstatement of property boundaries affected or destroyed by the recent Victorian bushfires.

The Victorian Property Sales Report containing March 2009 data is now available.

Review of the Guidelines for Geographic Names Victoria
The five-yearly review of the Guidelines for Geographic Names Victoria commenced in October 2008 and will be completed in November 2009. Information from stakeholders is now sought using the feedback forms now available online. Forms must be submitted by email by COB 30 June 2009.

The September 2009 edition of Property Victoria is now available.
