Our Environment, Our Future
The Our Environment, Our Future - Sustainability Action Statement 2006 was published in July 2006, and introduced a $200 million package of 150 priority sustainability initiatives to secure a sustainable state for future generations of Victorians.It addressed these issues:
- Responding to the challenge of climate change
- Maintaining and restoring our natural assets
- Using our resources more efficiently
- Reducing our everyday environmental impacts
- Government leadership
