Amends Clause 16, 17 and 81.01 to include reference to the new Victorian Code for Broiler Farms 2009, amends Clause 52.31, 66.05 and 74 to reference the new code and introduce new notice requirements and update the definition for broiler farms. Amends Clause 52.17 (Native vegetation) regarding existing buildings and works in the Farming Zone and Rural Activity Zone to clarify that the extent of permit exemptions. Amends Clause 64 to allow a permit application to be made for the subdivision of land in more than one zone. Amends the permit exemptions in Clause 62.02-2 to include cat cages and other domestic animal enclosures. Amendment VC60 Introduces a number of administrative changes amending: 52.13, 56.06, 66.03, 66.02-9, 37.07, 43.04, 52.19, 34.01 to correct wording discrepancies, clarify the provisions or remove unnecessary requirements.
