Revaluation 2008

The 2008 revaluation has been completed.

Councils are responsible for the management and delivery of revaluations, while Valuer-General Victoria (VGV) ensures that the completed work meets Valuation Best Practice (VBP) standards and statutory requirements.

Thoughout the 2008 revaluation Valuer-General Victoria produced series of revaluation fact sheets and the regular revaluation newsletter VBP News, which are available below.

A new set of fact sheets and new issues of VBP News will produced for the current revaluation cycle and they will be published online throughout the 2010 Revaluation.
