| The Parks and Crown Land Legislation Amendment (River Red Gums) Bill 2009 has been introduced into Parliament. Murray River Park
These plans show Crown land that may be considered for inclusion in the Murray River Park. The Bill provides for the Murray River Park to be created under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act by the Governor in Council. This will occur following the detailed surveying of the park boundaries and subsequent preparation of the park plans.
