How to register for a PLANET program
- Please complete the registration form (one per person) and return with payment.
- If paying by cheque make payable to the Department of Planning and Community Development and post to Level 8, 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne 3002.
- Credit card payments are preferred.
- The registration form becomes a Tax Invoice for GST when payment is made.
- Notice of cancellation must be given a full 48 hours prior to course commencing to be eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds are given where parties do not attend a seminar without prior notice.
- 50% of course fee will be charged if cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to course commencing.
- Some programs are subject to change without notice.
- Unless specified otherwise, all catering will be provided.
- Anyone who registers receives the PLANET Newsletter, with notices of changes and new programs.
