    The Department of Infrastructure library holds older and historical hard copy material on Victorian planning issues. The library is open to the public and is located at Level 5, 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne 3000. Contact them on (03) 9655 8600 or email infralib@transport.vic.gov.au. If you ring prior to a visit, the library can advise on availability of material.
