Projects with Environment Effect Statements

An Environment Effects Statement (EES) is a document prepared under the Environment Effects Act 1978, which describes the likely environmental effects of a proposed development. It is intended to ensure that impacts are carefully assessed before any decision is made on the proposed development.

An EES summarises the proposal, any feasible alternatives to it and expected environmental effects.
