Burwood Heights Major Activity Centre
The advice of the Priority Development Panel was sought in relation to Whitehorse City Council's request to approve Amendment C63 to the Whitehorse Planning Scheme. This proposed to introduce structure plan controls for the Burwood Heights Major Activity Centre and apply a Priority Development Zone to cover 78 Middleborough Road, the site of the former brickworks.
