Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution
The Planning and Environment Amendment (Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution) Bill 2009 was introduced into the Legislative Assembly on 10 November 2009.
The Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution will support the expansion of the Urban Growth Boundary by providing a fair and viable mechanism for raising money to help pay for infrastructure and services that Melbourne’s newest communities need.
