Urban Development Program (UDP)
The Urban Development Program is a major initiative of the Victorian Government to support the implementation of Melbourne 2030 and is the primary mechanism for advising the Victorian Government about the supply of and demand for residential and industrial land within metropolitan Melbourne and the Geelong Region.
The UDP is structured around a series of annual activities designed to actively engage developers, local Councils and infrastructure and service providers.
