Project History
On 16th May 2003, the Minister for Planning determined that an EES was required.
Assessment Guidelines for this EES were issued in October 2003.

Lonsdale Golf Club Incorporated (LGCI) commenced preparation of the EES but has not submitted final documentation.
Project Description
LGCI has proposed a major redevelopment of the golf course and associated facilities at Fellows Road, Point Lonsdale, to provide:
- extension of the golf course on the current site and adjoining rural land to provide new golf holes, maintenance facilities, water storage basins, and irrigation system, and
- subdivision of a section of the existing golf course into approximately 100 residential allotments.
