Application for Planning Permit forms
The Victorian Application for Planning Permit form can now be filled in electronically. Simply use the links below to go to your local council's form.
From there you can also download the required version of Adobe Reader software and find details on how to contact your council for help. If you have a Business Victoria account you can login to use your saved details.
If you don’t know the name of your local council, you can search by postcode at the Find Your Local Council page.
Additional council forms and checklists for planning applications are usually available on your council’s website or by contacting their planning unit. Their contact details are provided at the end of each application form.
