Mornington Activity Centre
The Priority Development Panel (PDP) has considered a request by Mornington Peninsula Shire Council for interim structure plan controls for the Mornington Activity Centre, including consideration of the impact of the proposed controls on any major development proposals within the activity centre.

The PDP process for this referral:

  • Council identified and advised PDP of major development proposals that might be affected by the interim structure plan.
  • PDP invited submissions from identified project proponents and Council presentation to PDP on the interim structure plan in February 2006, followed by PDP interviews with project proponents and Council in March 2006.
