RACV Insurance established the Fire Safety Grant to encourage the development of fire safety initiatives within the Victorian community.
The RACV Insurance Fire Safety Grant, the first of which was presented in 2005, is announced at the annual Fire Awareness Awards in Melbourne as part of Community Safety Month.
What is the purpose of the RACV Insurance Grant?
The RACV Insurance Fire Safety Grant assists a community group, school, not-for-profit organisation, volunteer group or individual, to develop and undertake a new fire safety initiative, or further develop an existing fire safety initiative, that will reduce the number and /or impact of fires in Victoria. The Grant, of up to $10,000, will be awarded to the most outstanding and practical fire safety initiative that best addresses all RACV Insurance Fire Safety Grant application guidelines.
