Regional Matters 2005 - Changing Populations

Icon: Changing Populations
Population growth, decline and composition in Regional Victoria are influenced by many factors such as education and employment opportunities as well as the migration of adults and retirees from the city. These factors also influence the character of regional populations along with seasonal inflows and outflows of people to tourist and work locations, international migration, Indigenous and young people.
