Victoria in Future 2008 - Population Projections

VIC In Future

Victoria in Future 2008 is the current population and household projections for the Victorian State Government. Victoria in Future 2008 covers: the period of 2006 to 2056 for total Victoria, regional Victoria and the Melbourne Statistical Division; the period 2006 to 2036 for the Statistical Divisions in regional Victoria; the period from 2006 to 2026 for the 79 Local Government Areas (LGAs) that make up Victoria.

Total projected populations are currently available for Victoria, Melbourne, Regional Victoria, and the Local Government Areas.

Further analysis will be released progressively and presentations will be available online from early 2009.
