Regional Matters 2005 - Portfolio Index Environment

The purpose of this index is to provide policy makers and others wishing to follow a portfolio theme such as transport or health with a list of issues of relevance to that theme. The index also highlights the need for issues, trends and drivers to be considered from a holistic and integrated perspective when considering policy development or servicing outcomes for a particular area of responsibility.
